Annie + Harry came to me with the vision of a refined, elegant and relaxed wedding.
Harry’s one request was if we could somehow tastefully incorporate his love of deep sea fishing. This mission was taken seriously and I worked closely with their stationery designer to create an illustration to showcase Harry’s love for fishing. We surprised guests furthermore, by hiding this illustration with napkin folds. Once seated, guests learnt that indeed Harry did have a say in their beautiful day! Surrounded by 130 of their nearest and dearest, they celebrated their love in true Noosa style arriving by water.

Lovers of good food, good wine and good times - Peli’s Noosa was the perfect wedding venue to host for this couple and their guests.
“It’s honestly hard to even know where to begin when it comes to Rach and her incredible services. When my partner and I first booked our venue in Noosa, we hadn’t planned on hiring a planner or stylist - we thought we’d take it all on ourselves (a huge stretch in hindsight!).

That quickly changed once we met Rach. After just one conversation, it was clear how calm, kind, and easy she was to work with, even in the early stages of planning. It was a no-brainer from that point - we booked her immediately, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made.

My initial meeting with Emma + Jesse; they wanted “FRESH and FUN” The design itself changed and evolved over time and we found ourselves with a colourful, modern and personalised vibe.

Being able to be present and coordinate their big day; after hours and hours of connection - just made it that extra special. With weather ever changing from fine to then torrential; we formed an unspoken trust that enabled the day to flow, no matter what.

This wedding boasted everything fun and vibrant with a balance of masculine and feminine energy in the colour choices. Their wedding was a perfect example of colour - done well.
"I could not speak more highly of Rach and her team! She was an absolute dream to work with and made our wedding day the most perfect day. She went above and beyond with the planning and it was like I was talking to a best friend the whole time. Her honesty and caring attitude gave me the utmost confidence in allowing her free reign over design.

The vision wasn't clear initially but as we began to unpack what sparked joy in terms of design and aesthetics we planned and styled a wedding like no other!.

Chelsea and Max came to me initially for planning services as interstate clients who were wanting a destination wedding on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. I worked closely with them to ensure they found an all inclusive venue that enabled guests to fully engage and relax on their special day. Time was of the essence for them and we achieved this in 4 short months. Additionally, we were booked for styling and coordination services.
FROM THE BRIDE AND GROOM:
"No words can truly describe how magical Rachel made our wedding day. When first talking about our wedding we very quickly realised that we underestimated just how much goes into organising the big day. Both working full-time jobs, getting into the detail of planning a wedding didn't seem like a reality. Then came Rachel and she made the entire journey so easy.
You often hear from other couples how stressful their wedding journey was and yet ours was the total opposite. Rachel took the lead, making amazing recommendations for our styling and coordinating with many vendors and being the invisible angel on our actual day. This meant my now husband and I got to actually enjoy our engagement, have fun with family and friends in the lead up and take in every moment on the day!

Natalie wanted a wedding that had a classy, refined, boho vibe. She loved native florals and wanted a fresh, fun twist on their day that was reflective of their unique style and love. We worked closely on creating a beautiful colour palette that softened elements in our overall design. We chose suppliers with styling items she loved and worked within their budget.
The result was simply stunning.
